First-subscription refund

BrightSum offers a 14-day refund for a first subscription. Contact support@brightsum.co.uk with the email address used at checkout to request it.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund is approved.
