About BrightSum

BrightSum is an online learning service operated by Brightsum Ltd (company number 17458444), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 39 Colombo Road, Ilford, Essex, IG1 4RH, United Kingdom. Contact: support@brightsum.co.uk.

Accounts and families

A parent or guardian must create and manage each family account. Family subscriptions are for one household only. Do not share login details outside the household. Parents are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for the activity of learner profiles they create.

Subscriptions

BrightSum Practice is £4.99 per month for one learner. BrightSum Family is £9.99 per month for up to three learner profiles. BrightSum Support is £19.99 per month and includes the support features shown at purchase. Prices, renewal date and any free trial will be shown before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

Learning support

BrightSum provides educational resources and support, not a guarantee of examination results or school admission. Parents should contact a qualified professional for specialist educational, medical or safeguarding advice where needed.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, distribute or share BrightSum materials outside your household. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass subscription controls, or submit harmful, personal or inappropriate messages.

Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights.

Changes and contact

We may update the service or these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material subscription changes. Contact support@brightsum.co.uk with any questions or complaints.
